... know-how skills,  efficiency, productivity, equity.. .

our hope and passion... future has no end. we are committed,  and determined to work to our best....

... deliver and realise benefits sustainably...

... we apply the Earned Value Management Technique and carry out measurable project performance and forecasting analyses....

...We apply Acumen Suites, do schedule quality , dependency, risk, forensic analysis and ensure schedule budget realism...

... We integrate program components, identify  key driving activities,  milestones and develop master schedules with realistic target dates...

...we take advantage of Phoenix’s unique network diagram features and help to view aproject as a time-scaled network diagram and plot a complex project on a single printout by compressing schedule vertically, and arranging tasks in logical groupings by assigning multiple tasks to a line...

...we  directly link 3D data, generate Bill of Quantity, connect with scheduling software for automatic data share, progress analysis and performance reporting...

...we apply CostOS and do cost estimates, from high level conceptual to detailed,  automate the production of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ),  pre-design optimisation for delivering value engineering, apply its embedded BIM work and  directly do Quantity Takeoff...

..using Primavera Risk Analysis we identify driving tasks that pose the most impact to aproject success, target areas for more detailed risk analysis and reveal the most cost effective mitigation strategies..

...we prepare project quality, environmental and safety management plans. Do audits and check project health using quality metrics, thresholds, timely performances, budget controls, defect frequencies and failure rates, availability, reliability, quality checklists and process improvement plans. We  help in organisational maturity management  and organisational cultural change processes

..we regard project completion, commissioning, handover and closeout as a vital part of project delivery processes. We confirm that the assets are completed by determining the conditions under which fit-for-the-purpose assets have been achieved before the date of commencement of operations. We ensure the assets to be provided to the receiving party are sufficiently documented; and the receiving party understands and is capable of continuing operating them...
