Project , Program  & Portfolio Management Office (PMO)

We assist our clients in developing projects or programs or portfolios management office (PMO) and help them running PMO by standardising project or program or portfolio related governance processes and facilitates, sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques; depending on the type of PMO they choose ( eg., Supportive PMOs or Controlling PMOs, or Directive PMOs ), or assist by directly playing the role PMO in:
